Michelle Jones

Michelle Jones is a highly experienced professional in account management and community development, currently serving as a Manager of Global Accounts at HelmsBriscoe since July 2015. In this role, Michelle focuses on understanding clients' logistical needs for meetings, sourcing appropriate venues, and negotiating favorable terms—all at no cost to clients. Previously, Michelle held the position of Senior Manager of Community Development at the American Cancer Society from 2006 to 2014, where responsibilities included volunteer recruitment and the organization of Relay For Life events across multiple counties. Michelle began their career as a Food Server at Mistral and progressed to managerial roles, including a tenure at Hullaballoo where management skills were developed. Educationally, Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Monterey Bay, and an Associate of Arts from Foothill College.
