Becca Halev

Art Director at Helmut Lang

Becca Halev has a diverse work experience in art direction, graphic design, and creative marketing. Becca started their career as a Creative Marketing Studio Intern at Firmenich in 2005 and later interned at The Israel Museum, Jerusalem as an Art Department Intern in 2006. In 2009, they worked as an Interior Design Intern at Hamilton Design Associates.

From 2010 onwards, Becca gained experience in the fashion industry. Becca served as a Junior Graphic Designer/Creative Assistant at Theory, Theyskens' Theory, Helmut Lang from February 2011 to November 2012. During the same period, they also worked as a Creative Marketing/Graphic Design intern at the company. Becca then transitioned to freelance work, specializing in art direction and graphic design from May 2010 onwards.

From September 2012 to December 2015, Becca worked as a Senior Graphic Designer, handling both print and digital design, at Helmut Lang. Becca eventually became the Brand Art Director for Helmut Lang Womenswear, Menswear, and Parfums in January 2016. In this role, they were responsible for art directing photography, digital, web, print, and packaging design.

Becca Halev completed their high school education at The Trevor Day School between the years 2002 and 2006, where they obtained their high school diploma. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Michigan, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in the School of Art and Design from 2006 to 2010. In 2009, Becca also attended the National Art School for a year, where they studied Fine Arts.
