Aricha Okute

Aricha Okute is a dedicated researcher and professional with extensive experience in organizational theory and network management. Since January 2010, Aricha has been a doctoral candidate at Helmut-Schmidt-University, focusing on the recursive co-evolution of project networks and organizational fields within the German music industry and German rap. In addition to academic responsibilities, Aricha has served as a teaching assistant and has designed and conducted lectures on network research methodologies. Entrepreneurial endeavors include founding Jewelry by Okute, which specializes in jewelry and accessories. Aricha has held significant roles in various companies, including lead consultant for digital transformation at Nortal Germany and head of strategy and HR at BV Deutsche Zeitungsholding GmbH. Previous positions also included transformative management consulting roles at CORE SE and BearingPoint, alongside initial experiences in customer support and retail management. Academic qualifications include a PhD in business administration from Helmut-Schmidt-University and a diploma from Freie Universität Berlin.
