Johnie Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Johnie currently serves as a Board Member of the Consumer Technology Association, where they advise on industry priorities and shapes public policy positions. Johnie was previously the CEO of Covenant Telecom, a subsidiary of coreNOC, Inc, where they provided internet and IoT products to telecommunications operators. Johnie also co-founded coreNOC, Inc and served as its CEO, providing telecommunication solutions to domestic and international clients. Prior to that, they were the President, CEO, and Owner of Helo Perspective, LLC, a leading unmanned aircraft services company. Johnie also held positions as CEO and Business Coach at The Strategy Group, CEO of Infiniti Broadband, EVP and Chief Development Officer at Branch Communications, and served as a Board of Director for Commerce Bancshares, Inc. Johnie was also actively involved in the Competitive Carriers Association, serving in various leadership positions. Johnie's previous experience also includes being the President and CEO of Nex-Tech Wireless, where they successfully launched the company, led its expansion, and exceeded revenue targets.
Johnie Johnson attended Hartshorne Public School from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained a general degree. Following this, they enrolled at Eastern Oklahoma State College from 1983 to 1985, majoring in Business Administration and Management. Finally, from 1985 to 1988, Johnie attended Northeastern State University, focusing on Business Administration.
