Nikola Adamovic

Nikola Adamovic began their work experience at VIPnet d.o.o. in 2011, where they served as a CS Performance Management Expert until March 2017. Nikola then joined heloo in March 2017 as a Manager of Workforce Management. In this role, Nikola worked as an internal business partner, providing recommendations and solutions to sustain progress. Nikola collaborated with HR to develop pay profiles and payroll procedures and designed and updated tools based on the business needs. Nikola also identified issues and implemented mitigation strategies to meet enterprise KPIs. In February 2021, they were promoted to the position of Head of Workforce and Performance Management at heloo.

Nikola Adamovic obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Analysis and Business Planning from the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. Prior to this, they completed their high school education in Robotics Technology/Technician at I. tehnicka skola TESLA from 2003 to 2007.
