Jeb Walton

Jeb Walton has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeb currently holds the position of Senior Principal Engineer at Help at Home since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an External Consultant at PRO Unlimited starting from May 2020.

From 2016 to 2019, Jeb served in multiple roles at Cigna, including Information Technology Principal Senior Manager in Security Data Analytics and Global Threat Management. Jeb was responsible for establishing a real-time security analytics function and aligning security metrics to NIST-800 framework standard.

Before Cigna, Jeb worked at T-Mobile as a Senior Security Architect in Data Loss Prevention from 2014 to 2016. Jeb played a crucial role in upgrading the enterprise infrastructure to Symantec DLP 12.5 and refining DLP policies to enhance program accuracy and efficacy.

From 2010 to 2014, Jeb held various roles at Cigna, including Information Protection Manager in Endpoint Security Operations and Enterprise Threat Management. Jeb managed a team responsible for software security controls and led major endpoint migration and infrastructure migration projects.

Jeb started their career as a .NET Developer at Laurin Publishing Co from 2008 to 2010, where they trained the IT staff on SDLC best practices and made critical system architecture enhancements. Prior to that, they worked at Crane & Co., Inc. as a Systems Analyst and Web Developer, contributing to an extensive infrastructure upgrade and developing intranet applications.

Jeb'searlier experience includes a role as a Field Support Specialist at Crane & Co., Inc., where they provided technical support and conducted Y2K compliance updates. Overall, Jeb Walton has a strong background in IT, security analytics, data loss prevention, and system development.

Jeb Walton attended Champlain College from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer & Digital Forensics. Prior to that, they studied Molecular Biology and Management Information Systems at Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 1996 to 1998, although they did not complete a degree at that time.
