Jenna Urban has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Jenna started their career in 2010 as a Marketing Manager at Aveda, where they managed and coordinated marketing activities for multiple locations. In 2012, they joined InnerWorkings and held various leadership positions, including Manager, Strategic Operations and Senior Director, Global Business Process. In these roles, they implemented training programs, managed client solutions, and led global operations projects. Jenna also served as a Vice President at InnerWorkings, where they were responsible for operations excellence and business transformation. In 2019, Jenna joined Help at Home as Vice President Shared Services and later Vice President, Business Transformation. Their responsibilities at Help at Home included process improvement, project management, and business intelligence. Overall, Jenna has demonstrated expertise in organizational design, operational optimization, and client relationship management.

Jenna Urban has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, Management, and Political Science from Loyola University Chicago. In 2018, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification in Six Sigma from DePaul University.
