Kiran Gosavi

Kiran Gosavi has a strong background in SOX compliance and internal audit. They have worked in various roles with different companies, including Help at Home, LLC, Protiviti, Zurich North America, Univar, Discover Financial Services, Motorola Mobility, and Motorola. They have experience overseeing the development and execution of SOX compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, implementing key controls, and identifying remediation action plans. They have also managed IPO PMO engagements, refined SOX methodologies and policies, and supervised staff members. Kiran's expertise includes financial governance, internal controls, and risk management. They have contributed to the development of enterprise-wide standards and have experience with SOX planning, testing, and deficiency remediation.

Kiran Gosavi received a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Mumbai in 1997. From 1995 to 1999, Kiran pursued further studies at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, earning a degree in ACA with a focus on Finance and Accounting. Following this, in 2000, Kiran obtained a CPA certification from the American Institute of CPAs in Accounting and Finance. Later, from 2001 to 2003, Kiran completed an MBA in Finance from the DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
