Muziet Shata

Muziet Shata has a diverse range of work experience. They most recently held the role of Director, Culture, Diversity and Inclusion at Help at Home starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Diversity and Inclusion at UC Health from February 2021 to May 2022. Muziet also had experience at Bon Secours Mercy Health, where they served as the Director of Language Services from January 2020 to February 2021 and as the Manager of Diversity and Inclusion, Language Services from November 2017 to January 2020. They also have experience from Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, Walmart, U.S. Bank, and Walgreens. Overall, Muziet Shata has a strong background in diversity and inclusion positions, as well as experience in healthcare, management, and customer service roles.

Muziet Shata obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business between 2006 and 2011. Additionally, Muziet has a certification as a Qualified Bilingual Staff.
