Nicholas Doffek

Vice President, Corporate Development at Help at Home

Nicholas Doffek has a solid work experience, starting in 2013 at L.E.K. Consulting as an Associate focusing on Private Equity and Healthcare. Nicholas worked on over 20 strategy and M&A due diligence engagements for various clients. In 2015, they joined CVS Health as a Senior Consultant, contributing to the Pharmacy Product Development, Strategy, and Analytics team. Nicholas then moved up to the role of Manager, where they designed and implemented growth initiatives in the retail pharmacy business, resulting in a profit impact of over $100 million. In 2018, Nicholas joined J.P. Morgan as an Investment Banking Summer Associate for a brief period. Nicholas later returned to J.P. Morgan in 2019 as an Investment Banking Associate, where they gained valuable experience. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at Help at Home, first as a Director of Corporate Development and now as the Vice President of Corporate Development.

Nicholas Doffek obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Boston College in 2013. Nicholas later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, completing their studies in 2019.
