Robin Pippin

Robin Pippin currently serves as a Senior Employee Relations Specialist at Help at Home since June 2022. Prior to this, Robin retired from the Maryland Department of Natural Resources, where various roles included Director of Employee Relations, Training and Benefits and Manager of Employee Relations from November 2014 to June 2022. Robin designed and implemented a Driver Safety Training Program for 2000 employees, utilizing the Cornerstone Learning Management System. Earlier experience includes serving as Employee and Labor Relations Administrator at the Maryland Department of Public Safety & Correctional Services from May 1992 to November 2014, where responsibilities encompassed interpreting federal regulations and writing policies for a maximum-security prison. Robin Pippin holds a degree from Frostburg State University.
