HELP - Haitian Education & Leadership Program
Jovanie Pade has extensive experience in educational program support, currently serving as Assistante du chef d'hébergement and Assistante Direction des Affaires Étudiantes at HELP - Haitian Education & Leadership Program since July 2015. In this role, Jovanie has co-assisted the director in planning and preparing orientation for 75 candidates, which involved developing a two-week activity schedule, conducting interviews, scanning application documents, and creating a personal development interview guide. Additionally, Jovanie worked as a Facilitateur for LIDE Foundation from June to August 2016. Jovanie holds a Licence in Education from Quisqueya University, obtained in 2018.

HELP - Haitian Education & Leadership Program
HELP provides merit- and needs-based university scholarships for Haiti’s top high school graduates from severely disadvantaged backgrounds in order to grow Haiti’s professional class and build a more equitable society. HELP is at the forefront of the transition to the knowledge economy in the developing world. Because a nation’s educated class builds economic and social stability, the world’s poorest countries need large-scale increase in university enrollment to escape generations of poverty and actively participate in the new global economy. HELP is one of the only organizations building the new middle class in the developing world. HELP sponsors 150 university students in Haiti for the 2013-2014 academic year.
