Director Of Customer Success at Help Lightning

Scott Hildebrandt has over seven years of experience in customer success, business development, and retail management. In 2020, they began working as the Director of Customer Success at Help Lightning, where they were previously the Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. In this role, they provided a consultative approach to implementing AR-Enabled software through discovery of individual companies' objectives, workflows, and existing technology stack, then tailoring onboarding, adoption and change management, and growth plans. Scott also managed relationships with accounts in the Field Service, Medical, Manufacturing, Energy, and Telecommunication industries.

Prior to Help Lightning, Scott was the Client Services Manager and Business Development Coordinator at Spartan Invest from 2016 to 2020. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Store Manager at Eddie Bauer. Scott began their career in 2013 as the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager at Mountain High Outfitters, where they managed the location to 15% growth in sale volume from 2013 to 2014 and designed and implemented company wide store-to-store transfer operations.

Scott Hildebrandt attended The University of Alabama from 2009 to 2013. Scott also obtained a NWS Certified Storm Spotter certification from the National Weather Service in March 2018.
