Kristen Bryant

Kristen Bryant is the current Director of Brand at Help Scout. Prior to their current position, they were the Strategic Partnerships Lead at Wistia from June 2017 to July 2020. Before that, they were the Innovation Manager at Commonwealth (formerly D2D Fund) from August 2013 to May 2017.

Some notable accomplishments during their time at Wistia include introducing and advancing brand affinity marketing as a strategy for growth by speaking at conferences and appearing as a guest on podcasts and shows, as well as owning partnerships and event strategy.

During their time as Innovation Manager, Kristen helped brand, market, test, and distribute new mobile applications, games, and web experiences that built financial capability. Kristen also utilized design thinking to brainstorm innovative solutions and imagine new consumer engagement strategies. Furthermore, they consulted to financial institutions, government agencies, and companies to bolster financial opportunities of their clients.

Some of their other notable accomplishments include publishing reports, white papers, case studies, and briefs to communicate organizational perspectives on quarterly basis; developing and implementing communication strategies to support innovations including managing client relationships, setting key performance indicators, drafting press releases, wireframing collateral, and generating metrics reports; presenting and sharing organization’s successes and findings at industry conferences and working meetings; and facilitating Savings Working Group of financial industry leaders in partnership with CFSI.

Kristen Bryant has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Wake Forest University and a High School Diploma in Theatre & Dance from Davidson Fine Arts School.
