Michael Gagliardi is the VP of Safety & Security at HELP USA. Michael has over ten years of experience in the field of business intelligence.
Gagliardi began their career in 2008 as a director at Disney and ESPN Media Networks. In this role, they were responsible for building and establishing a business intelligence organization from the ground up. This team consisted of architects, developers, and support technicians who defined, architected, developed, and supported BI solutions across multiple business units―media based advertising sales, finance, programming, and production operations.
Under Gagliardi's leadership, the team was able to successfully accomplish fiscal year aggressive schedules with limited budgets and additional unplanned projects. Michael also ensured that a variety of leading-edge products and solutions were delivered to a variety of businesses on time, within budget, and of high quality.
In 2017, Gagliardi left Disney to join HELP USA as the VP of Safety & Security. In this role, they are responsible for leading and managing the safety and security team. Michael is also responsible for driving the design, build, implementation, and optimization of security technologies.
Michael Gagliardi has a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute at Hartford and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science/Mathematics from the University of Hartford.
