Bikash Chandra Manna

Bikash Chandra Manna is an experienced Emergency Response Manager with a strong background in humanitarian crisis response and disaster risk reduction. Currently at HelpAge International since January 2020, Bikash oversees the Global Emergency Fund and supports various country offices in emergency preparedness and response.
