Angel Ligeralde has worked in various roles since 2003. Angel began their career as a Call Center Agent at ContactPoint Outsource Services, Inc., followed by a role as Service Quality Officer. In 2006, they joined TeleTech as a Global Quality Specialist, and was promoted to Global Quality Supervisor in 2010. That same year, they also worked as a Live Chat Attendant at Starlight.com and Project Manager at Swipely. In 2011, they took on the role of Contract Renewal Manager at Versata. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Customer Support Manager at Aurea Software. In 2018, they became the Owner of My Destination Tours and Travel. Most recently, they have served as Sales and Marketing Manager and Sales Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the CEO at HelpFlow.

Angel Ligeralde is currently enrolled in the University of Santo Tomas, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a focus in Economics. Angel is expected to graduate in 2022. In addition, they have obtained three certifications from DigitalMarketer: Certified Analytics & Data Specialist (April 2017), Certified Customer Acquisition Specialist (March 2017), and Certified Customer Value Optimization Specialist (March 2017).
