Hailey Valdez (She/Her)

Hailey Valdez has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Hailey most recently worked at HelpGood as a Project Manager starting in March 2023. Before that, they worked as a Freelance Project and Events Manager starting in October 2022. Prior to their freelance work, they were a Customer Success Manager at Ragnarok, Inc. from May 2021 to July 2022.

In 2017, Hailey joined ListenFirst, where they held multiple roles. Hailey started as a Client Strategy Analyst, Media & Entertainment and later became a Client Strategist, Media & Entertainment. Their time at ListenFirst lasted from September 2017 to April 2020.

Before their career in marketing and project management, Hailey worked as an Aupair in Rome from May 2017 to August 2017. Hailey also gained experience as a Hostess at Bella Bella Italian Restaurant from October 2016 to May 2017.

Hailey's early work experiences include an internship as a Client Services Intern at ListenFirst Media in 2016 and a role as a US-UK Fulbright Commission Awards Programme Assistant from January 2016 to April 2016. Hailey also worked as a Server at Mariner's Harbor, a family-run seafood restaurant, from May 2015 to August 2015. Their first professional experience was as an International Programs Office Assistant at Florida State University International Programs from January 2015 to May 2015.

Hailey Valdez attended Kingston High School from 2009 to 2013, where they earned an Honors Diploma. Hailey then enrolled at Florida State University in 2013 and completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) in 2017. Additionally, they pursued a minor in Hospitality & Tourism Management during their undergraduate studies. As part of their educational experience, Hailey participated in the First Year Abroad Program through FSU International Programs, studying in Florence, Italy, and Valencia, Spain from 2013 to 2014.
