Michelle Miller has extensive experience in hospitality and service management within the aged care sector. Currently serving as the Hotel Services Manager at Helping Hand Aged Care since August 2008, Michelle has implemented key initiatives to enhance service delivery. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Hospitality Manager at Anglicare SA from 1994 to 2008, where responsibilities included overseeing hospitality operations and ensuring high standards of care and service for clients.
