Hailey Gould

Hailey Gould currently serves as the Clinical Director at Helping Hands Family since April 2022, following a role as Clinical Supervisor at North Jersey Behavioral Health Services from October 2020 to March 2022. Prior to that, Hailey worked as a Center Based Clinical Specialist at Firefly Autism from October 2017 to September 2020, and as a Behavior Analyst at Continuum of Colorado from August 2016 to August 2017. Hailey began the career as a Behavior Therapist with the Early Childhood Autism Program at Florida State University from August 2014 to June 2016. Educationally, Hailey holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida State University Panama City and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Throughout the career, Hailey has demonstrated expertise in assessing clients, developing treatment plans, training staff, and transitioning clients into public school systems.
