Previously, Justyna held positions as a Human Resources Consultant and Coordinator at Helping Hands, where responsibilities included advising Senior Management on HR projects and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. Prior to this, Justyna worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at First Med Canada, focusing on recruitment and employee relations, and as a Teaching Assistant at Ryerson University, facilitating student learning. Justyna holds a Master's Degree in Public Policy and Administration and a Human Resources Management Certificate from Ryerson University.
