Candice Ray

Candice Ray is an accomplished professional in health informatics, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Helping Hands Warming Hearts LLC since June 2019, where the focus is on fostering healthy communities. With a robust tenure at New York Health System since August 2014 as Lead Epic Consultant, Candice Ray specializes in creating interim transition plans for revenue cycles and managing project integrated workgroups. In addition, Candice Ray has been an Epic Analyst since January 2011, designing and customizing electronic medical record workflows while holding certifications in ADT/Prelude, ASAP, and Bridges. Previous experience includes a role as Sr. Epic Consultant at Philadelphia Health System from December 2013 to August 2014, where Candice Ray designed the epic Bedtime module and engaged directly with end users. Candice Ray earned a Master’s Degree in Health Informatics from Saint Joseph's University, completing studies between 2010 and 2012.
