Jay Baylor

Jay Baylor is an experienced leader in community service and education, currently serving as the Director at Love Baltimore since January 2019, where responsibilities include building a collaborative referral network for women in a holistic spiritual recovery program. Baylor also holds the position of Executive Director for a network of churches and non-profits focused on serving urban communities. As an instructor at the Global School of Supernatural Ministry and a former pastor at Church of the Apostles in the City, Baylor brings extensive teaching and pastoral experience. Prior roles include Director at Burning Heart Ministries and Area Director at Young Life, along with academic experience as Adjunct Faculty at Harford Community College. Baylor's military background includes service as an Infantry Officer in the US Army. Academic credentials include a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Penn State University.
