Timothy Guinan

Timothy Guinan is an experienced IT Manager at Helping Up Mission since July 2018, overseeing daily operations for over 150 desktop systems, network appliances, and server systems. Responsible for the management of an IT Service Team of six technicians, Timothy also addresses escalated Level 3 Help Desk tickets. Previous roles include General Manager at Otherworld Fitness, where Timothy managed daily operations and financial reconciliation, and Fiscal Accounting Supervisor at MJM Innovations, responsible for managing funding requests for numerous taxi fleets. Timothy began a career as a Budget Analyst at L-3 Communications, handling financial reconciliation for Department of Defense contracts and holding a security clearance. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economics from St. Mary's College of Maryland.
