Sanni Suominen (she/her)

Sanni Suominen is an experienced professional in People and Culture, currently serving as the People & Culture Lead at Helppy since December 2022, focusing on fostering a positive environment for meaningful care work. Previously, Sanni held the role of People & Culture Manager at IQM Quantum Computers, where significant contributions were made towards creating a diverse and inclusive workplace while scaling the employee base. Sanni's leadership experience also includes serving as Chair of the Board for Spirit Shakin' Cheerleaders, participating in a Finnish Olympic Committee leadership program, leading operations, and developing strategic initiatives. With a robust background at Wärtsilä in Global Employee Experience and Talent Acquisition as well as roles in marketing communications and administration, Sanni's career is characterized by a commitment to enhancing employee experiences and supporting organizational growth. Sanni holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Marketing from Tampere University of Applied Sciences and Vaasan ammattikorkeakoulu VAMK University of Applied Sciences, along with further educational pursuits at Kyung Hee University.
