Dr. Alina Turner is a distinguished leader in the field of social impact and public policy, currently serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of HelpSeeker Technologies since October 2018. With a robust background in strategy and research, Dr. Turner has held various key positions, including Fellow at The School of Public Policy since July 2014 and Principal at Turner Strategies, a consulting firm focused on enhancing social outcomes, from November 2012 to May 2020. Previously, Dr. Turner worked as the Vice President of Strategy at the Calgary Homeless Foundation, where oversight of $35 million in annual program investments and the leadership of major initiatives to combat homelessness were key responsibilities. Dr. Turner's experience also includes a role as a Policy Analyst at the United Way of Calgary and Area, focusing on affordable housing. The academic foundation is anchored by a Doctor of Philosophy in Socio-Cultural Anthropology from the University of Calgary, complemented by Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Alberta.
