Nick Mannella

Nick Mannella is the current Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Helpware. Nick has held this position since May of 2017. Prior to Helpware, Nick was with Faneuil Inc from July 2013 to November 2020 where they were the SVP Business Development, Commercial Healthcare. At Xerox, they were responsible for sales and marketing for Xerox Services' Commercial Healthcare practice which consisted of its' Payer, Pharma/Life Sciences, & Provider Sales teams. This 1.5B book of business was expected to generate more than 350M of recurring & non-recurring bookings in 2015. From March 2007 to April 2014, they were the SVP Sales at RTI and before that they were with ACS, a Xerox Company, as Field Account Executive from November 2003 to March 2007.

Nick Mannella's educational career includes a Bachelor's degree from Ohio University in Health Care, Business, or Communication, as well as a High School Diploma from Dublin in College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program.

They work with Rigo Vega - Vice President Global Customer Success, Jorge Cervantes - Vice President of LATAM Business Operations, and Parneet Singh - Vice President of US Operations. Nick Mannella reports to Robert Nash, President & CEO.
