Stian Kreken Almeland M.D.

Stian Kreken Almeland MD PhD is an Associate Professor of Medical Education at Universitetet i Bergen since October 2019 and has been a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Haukeland universitetssjukehus since June 2014, specializing in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the National Burn Center. Previously, Stian held the position of Locum Consultant in the Department of Plastic Surgery and Burns and served as a Resident in General Surgery at Helse Førde. Stian earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of Bergen in 2007, followed by a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Medicine from the same institution in 2018.
