Hildegunn Holmslet has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR-sjef at Helse Midt-Norge IT since November 2008, with responsibilities encompassing recruitment, health and safety, workplace environment, competence development, salary negotiations, organizational development, and leadership development. Prior roles include Personalrådgiver at St. Olavs hospital from September 2003 to October 2008, focusing on health and safety, absence follow-up, service planning for physicians, salary setting, restructuring, and leadership support. Earlier experience includes serving as Spesialkonsulent personal/personalsjef at Orkdal Santitetsforenings Sjukehus from June 2001 to April 2002, where responsibilities included health and safety, absence follow-up, salary management, recruitment, and leadership support.
