Hilde Melfald

Hilde Melfald has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR sjef at Bakehuset AS since April 2013. Prior to this role, Melfald worked as a rekrutteringsrådgiver at Top temp engineering from May 2007 to March 2013 and as a rådgiver at Medvind Personal AS from August 2005 to May 2007. Melfald holds a Master's degree from NTNU (2003-2005) and a Bachelor's degree from NTNU (1999-2002), along with additional education from BI Norwegian Business School in 2011 and 2017.
