Magnhild Viste

Magnhild Viste is an experienced professional in the field of information science and system development. Currently serving as Seksjonsleder Utvikling at Helse Vest IKT since September 2015, Viste leads a team of approximately 50 skilled developers and integration architects. Between August 2006 and August 2015, Viste held the position of Head of System Development at The Norwegian Institute of Public Health, overseeing economic and personnel responsibilities for 13 developers focused on the development of core systems related to public health registries. Previous roles include Senior Adviser and Advisor, along with an academic background that includes a PhD from the University of Bergen, and participation in the Ledermentor Vest program. Viste also studied at the University at Albany, SUNY, and attended Aloha High School.
