Olha Tvorydlo

Olha Tvorydlo is an experienced Business Analyst currently working at HELSI since January 2024, specializing in project leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and product requirements documentation. Prior to HELSI, Olha served as a Business Analyst at Euristiq from October 2022 to December 2023, where responsibilities included gathering user requirements, preparing proposals, and supporting project transitions. Olha's earlier experience includes roles at Coherent Solutions, Credit Agricole Ukraine, and TASCOMBANK, in various capacities within business analysis and banking operations. Olha holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Economics, expected from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv in August 2024, and previously earned both a Master's degree with honors in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the same institution.
