Dan Hynes

Dan Hynes is currently the VP of People at Helsing, leading the People and Talent Acquisition teams since September 2025. Previously, from March 2013 to August 2025, Dan served as a Partner at Atomico, where responsibilities included building and leading the Growth Acceleration Platform and collaborating closely with Founders and Leaders on talent-related matters. Dan has also held several board member positions at companies such as Bossa Studios, Ontruck, Oh BiBi, Peakon, and Jobandtalent. Prior experience includes roles as the Director of Global Staffing at Skype, Head of Career Development & Mobility at Google, and Senior HR Manager at Symbol Technologies, with a focus on recruitment and career development across various organizations.
