Denny Gert

Denny Gert is an experienced AI Research Engineer at Helsing since May 2022, with a strong background in autonomous driving through prior roles as a Research Associate at Werkzeugmaschinenlabor WZL der RWTH Aachen from July 2019 to May 2022 and at Production Engineering of E-Mobility Components (PEM) - RWTH Aachen University from May 2016 to July 2019. Denny co-founded Ducktrain and served as the Lead Automation from October 2018 to July 2019. Earlier experience includes working as a Student Assistant at the Institut für Regelungstechnik der RWTH Aachen University, focusing on control of innovative combustion engines, and completing an internship at Wenger Engineering GmbH, where attention was given to hydrogen refueling and thermodynamics.
