Matylda Jablonska-Sabuka

Matylda Jablonska-Sabuka is an accomplished academic and industry professional with extensive experience in analytics and mathematical modeling. Currently serving as the Head of Analytics at HSL Helsingin seudun liikenne since October 2022, Matylda has previously held positions at LUT University from September 2009 to December 2022, including Associate Professor and Head of the Degree Programme in Computational Engineering. This role involved mathematical modeling of extreme events in financial markets and population dynamics. Matylda's background includes analysis work at Project Business Oy Finland and Bank Zachodni WBK S.A., as well as teaching positions and research endeavors in Rwanda. Matylda's educational qualifications encompass a Doctorate in Applied Mathematics and two Master's degrees in Technomathematics and Financial and Actuarial Mathematics.
