Milla Wiksten's work experience includes various roles in marketing, brand management, business development, and customer insight. Milla has worked at Otavamedia since 2001, where they have held positions such as Marketing Director, Director of Marketing and Customer Insight B2B, Sales and Marketing Director at Otavamedia OMA, and Business Director at DeCo Media. In these roles, they have been responsible for marketing, brand strategy, customer experience, and business development. Milla has also been involved in strategy work, change projects, and leading teams. Since 2022, they have been the Head of Unit for Markets at HSL Helsingin seudun liikenne.
Milla Wiksten attended Metropolia University of Applied Sciences from 1997 to 2000.
