Ursina Thöni

Ursina Thöni has a diverse work experience in various companies. Ursina started their career as a Teamleiterin CRM at Kaufmännischer Verband Schweiz in 2007 and worked there for 8 years. After that, they joined Performa AG as a Projektleiterin/Beraterin and worked until 2018. Ursina then worked as a Customer Success Manager at isolutions AG from 2018 to 2019. In 2020, they joined Angestellte Schweiz as a CRM Organisationsentwicklung and later moved to Helvetas as the Head of Data Management & Analytics.

Ursina Thöni obtained a Master of Advanced Studies ZFH in Customer Relationship Management from the ZHAW School of Management and Law from 2012 to 2014. Ursina also received a Dipl. Betriebswirtschafterin HF from SIB from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, Ursina Thöni obtained certifications from Microsoft, including MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional, MS: Managing Microsoft Dynamics Implementations, and MS: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application.
