Becky Joyce

Becky Joyce is an experienced professional in strategic sourcing and procurement, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Sourcing and Spend Management at Helzberg Diamonds since November 2019. In this role, Becky leads the development and execution of sourcing strategies to optimize spending, enhance supplier performance, and address supplier risk. Prior to this, Becky worked at Hallmark Cards for two decades, holding positions such as Senior Global Procurement Manager, where Becky led negotiations for marketing and advertising contracts, as well as roles in sales management and human resources training. Becky holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing from Kansas State University.
