Jill Buckley

Jill M. C. Buckley is an experienced HR leader currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Hemanext since December 2019, where Jill is a member of the executive leadership team in a medical device company focused on enhancing patient care through innovative technologies. Previously, from September 2010 to June 2019, Jill worked as an HR Business Partner at Philips Healthcare, where responsibilities included aligning human resource strategies with business objectives and overseeing HR initiatives. Jill also owned and operated HRDepartment On-Call from 2003 to 2010, providing comprehensive HR consultancy to startups and mid-sized high-tech companies, specializing in strategic staffing, talent development, and succession planning. Jill holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Emmanuel College in Boston.
