Bénédicte Faure has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2006, they worked as a Quality Control professional in the noise team at Renault - Dacia Gap Automobiles. Bénédicte then moved on to Institut technologique FCBA where they were responsible for creating an exhibition about 3D printing. Following that, they joined Ecospecifier Global as a Life Cycle Assessor for building products. In 2010, they became a Project Manager in sustainable buildings at EMBASE. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Calzedonia Group as a Maintenance and New Opening Project Manager. Bénédicte then pursued freelance work in diverse roles from 2017 to 2019. In 2018, they co-created private dining experiences at Getsemaní Senses. In 2020, they took on the role of an Apprentice Mentor at FLIK - Female Laboratory of Innovative Knowledge, a platform and community hub for female founders and leaders. In 2019, they became the COO and Co-founder of Lup Colombia, a company focused on transforming waste into low-carbon products. Currently, they are the Business Owner of Chiffrage & Prescription at hemea since 2022.
Bénédicte Faure began their education in 2004 at the IUT de Cachan, where they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanic and Production management in 2006. Following this, they attended the Université de Technologie de Troyes from 2006 to 2010, obtaining an Engineer's degree with a specialization in Materials and a focus on the economy and environment. Their education continued in 2013 when they enrolled at GRETA de la Création, du Design et des Métiers d'Art. During this time, they pursued studies in Interior Design with Ecole Boulle, completing their degree in 2014.
