Julien Peseux is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, development, and organizational growth, currently serving as Responsable du développement at hemea since April 2021. Julien has successfully organized the recruitment and growth of internal teams from 20 to 130 individuals and now focuses on enhancing the structural and commercial growth of hemea's independent network across France. Key responsibilities include talent detection and retention, optimizing commercial performance, and diversifying development strategies. Prior experience includes serving as Consultant en Approche Directe at Connecting Values, specializing in the environment, innovative industries, and digital sectors, as well as leading high-level sports performance management for over 500 athletes and thirty teams. Julien holds a Maîtrise in Science et Technique des Activités Physiques et Sportives from Université Paris Sud d'Orsay and is pursuing a Titre RNCP - Niveau II in Human Resources Management at Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
