Janet Kay is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Marketing & Communications specialist at Hemingways Collection since April 2021, Janet previously held key roles, including Brand & Digital Strategy at M.P. Shah Hospital and Group Brand & Digital Manager at Sarova Hotels. Janet has demonstrated expertise in online communication strategies, content creation, and website management. Notably, in a consultancy role for The East African Community, Janet masterminded the successful ‘I Deserve’ digital campaign aimed at East African youth. Prior experience at Capital FM Kenya involved enhancing client profitability through digital marketing solutions. Janet is also advancing academic qualifications with a Master’s degree in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Nairobi, following a Bachelor of Applied Science and additional studies in strategic digital advertising.
