Project Manager at Hemisphere

Megan McKenna has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Megan began their career in the United States Air Force, where they served as a Ground Radar Technician and Deployment Operations Manager. In this role, they maintained and repaired ground tactical radar equipment and ensured deployment readiness for personnel and equipment.

After leaving the Air Force, they joined ProLink Systems, a provider of Global Positioning Systems (GPS) for the golf sports industry. Here, they held various roles as a Buyer/Planner, Project Coordinator, and Customer Service Technician. Their responsibilities included managing procurement and production of GPS system materials, controlling inventory levels, and scheduling production work orders.

In 2011, Megan joined AgJunction, a provider of precision guidance and machine control systems for the agricultural industry. As a Project Manager, they managed multi-disciplinary teams across different countries and offices, including software and hardware engineers, product managers, buyers, testers, QA, and accounting.

Megan then moved on to Southwest Recycling Solutions, LLC, where they served as the Director of Operations. In this role, they oversaw electronic recycling and reuse operations, managing HR, logistics, customer service, and warehouse operations.

Next, Megan joined PhoenixNAP as a Project Manager, and later transitioned to Republic Services as an Escalation Specialist. Megan provided project management expertise and handled escalations in both roles.

Currently, Megan is working at Hemisphere GNSS as a Project Manager. Megan is responsible for managing projects and ensuring their successful completion.

Throughout their career, Megan has gained extensive experience in project management, operations management, and customer service. Megan has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, manage resources, and achieve results.

Megan McKenna, MPM, has a strong educational background in project management and network and communications management. Megan completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on project management at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Project Management (MPM) degree from the same institution between 2009 and 2010. In 2003 to 2005, Megan completed their Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Science, Network and Communications Management from DeVry University. Additionally, they hold an Associate in Electronics Systems Technology degree from Community College of the Air Force, earned between 1999 and 2001.
