Justin is currently working as the VP of Marketing at Hemlane, where they are involved in disrupting the property management industry with a hybrid property management platform.
Prior to Hemlane, Justin held various roles at Brightidea, including VP of Marketing, Executive Director of Marketing, and Head of Marketing and Sales Brightidea Programs. Justin'swork at Brightidea focused on helping businesses, teams, and individuals foster a culture of innovation and prioritize their best opportunities.
Before Brightidea, Justin co-founded Legitifi, where they developed and grew the first Social Identity Verification platform. Justin also implemented robust consumer marketing programs and created successful digital marketing strategies.
In addition, Justin has experience at YP as a Digital Sales Manager, AT&T as an Associate Product Marketing Manager, State Farm Insurance as a Bilingual Sales Associate, and Atlanta Network Technologies, Inc as an intern.

Justin Parnell graduated from Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Spanish Language. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications including Product Launches from Appcues in February 2022, HubSpot Inbound Certified, HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification, and HubSpot Inbound Sales Certification from HubSpot Academy in June 2018, and Google AdWords Certification from Google in August 2015.
