Harry Mika

Harry Mika possesses extensive experience in operational excellence, financial analysis, and continuous improvement within the semiconductor and food industries. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Economic Evaluator at Hemlock Semiconductor, Harry Mika is responsible for driving financial acumen and cost-saving initiatives. Previous roles include Six Sigma Black Belt, where management of the Energy Reduction Program and cost savings projects were key responsibilities. With a solid engineering background, Harry Mika has contributed to various capacities at both Hemlock Semiconductor and Kraft Foods Group, focusing on process engineering and improvement methodologies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and ongoing studies for an Executive MBA at Michigan State University.
