Luke Sochacki

Luke Sochacki is an experienced instructional designer and LMS coordinator with a robust background in developing engaging training materials and managing learning management systems. Currently serving as LMS Coordinator at Hemlock Semiconductor since October 2023, Luke previously held roles at XALT Energy from 2018 to October 2023, where responsibilities included collaboration with subject matter experts, curriculum design, and mentoring junior designers. With a strong foundation in media production, Luke has also contributed to e-learning initiatives at Sun Communities & Sun RV Resorts and managed training resources as a Media Specialist at XALT Energy. An educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications from Arizona State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Media Production from Delta College.
