Dalibor Radić

Dalibor Radić is an experienced Internal Communications Manager currently working at Hemofarm A.D. since October 2016. Radić has a rich background in internal communication, having previously held positions at Air Serbia and Telenor Srbija, where responsibilities included internal communications, employer branding, and reputation management. As an Internal Communication Consultant since January 2015, Radić specializes in designing and improving internal communication strategies for medium and large organizations, alongside conducting training and custom surveys. Early career experiences include roles at Farmer & Spaic, United for Serbia, The Parliament of Serbia and Montenegro, SRNA Press Agency, NTV Arena, and an internship at Cato Institute.
