Selena Rahman

Selena Rahman currently serves as the Head of Internal Communications at the Financial Ombudsman Service, a position held since December 2023. Previous experience includes leading Leadership and Engagement Communications and HM Passport Office Internal Communications at the UK Home Office from April 2015 to December 2023, and heading Internal Communications at Her Majesty's Passport Office from August 2012 to April 2015. Selena also held the role of Head of Communications at the General Social Care Council, managing digital and internal communications strategy, and has experience as Web, Publications & Campaigns Manager and Web & Information Team Manager at Parentline Plus. Educational qualifications include a BA Honours in English and Drama from Queen Mary University of London and a Master of Science in Strategic Communications Leadership from The University of Huddersfield.
