Bob Roda

Bob Roda is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the medical device and diagnostics industry. Currently serving as a Board Member at Spectrum Vascular since July 2023 and as President and CEO of HemoSonics, LLC since February 2020, Roda has held significant leadership roles at various esteemed organizations. Previously, Roda was the Chief Executive Officer of Menarini Silicon Biosystems from 2017 to 2019 and Vice President/General Manager of Medication and Procedural Solutions at BD from 2012 to 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing a $2.4 billion business unit. Roda also worked at Johnson & Johnson from 2007 to 2012, where achievements included leading marketing for a billion-dollar global franchise and driving sales growth through strategic market initiatives. Earlier roles at Ethicon Women's Health and Urology as WW Group Marketing Director and Director of Sales, Planning and Operations further established Roda’s track record of enhancing business performance. Roda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Rhode Island.
