Jose M Valhondo is an experienced professional with a demonstrated history in research and development as well as production management. Currently serving as an R&D Senior Test Specialist and R&D Test Coordinator at Hempel A/S since November 2015, Jose M Valhondo effectively organizes and manages personnel to achieve optimal testing results while ensuring compliance with production standards and safety regulations. Prior experience at UPM - The Biofore Company from 2005 to 2014 includes roles as Production Supervisor and Production Planner, where Jose M Valhondo focused on aligning production areas for quality and efficiency, managing staff for peak productivity, and applying Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste.
